Responsibilities

  • Ensure a good service experience for residents and guests
  • Ensures to meet and greet all guests and always maintain positive relations Anticipate guests' needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day
  • Accommodate guest requests expediently and courteously
  • Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Support Housekeeping when housekeepers are not in the residence to ensure the smooth service and cleanliness between shifts Property Management
  • Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all residence policies, service procedures and standards.
  • Ensure that the house standards are maintained at a superior level on a daily basis
  • Be familiar with property safety, first aid and fire and emergency procedures and operate equipment safely and sensibly
  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas.
  • Take personal interest and pride to ensure that the public area of the house is kept clean and in an orderly state at all times. Others
  • Liaise with the Housekeeping team and the Bodyguards team to ensure excellent service delivery
  • Performs related duties and special projects assigned by the House Manage

Requirement

  • Servant leadership-mindset and the ability to create good results based on strong relationships
  • Degree or Higher Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management
  • Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in hospitality or in a sizeable luxury hotel
  • Proficiency in English communication both written and verbal
  • High standards of professional manner with exceptional communication, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to work in a team and build relationships with the others
  • Having a real passion for guest service and taking ownership of the guest experience
  • Being organized and proactive in managing your tasks
  • Dedicated team player with a positive and outgoing personality
  • Open-minded and willingness to learn and adapt continuously
