Develop and achieve sales goals (KPI/Target) in the assigned areas.
Provide day-to-day sales/operation updates to achieve monthly sales targets.

Ensure area coverage based on assigned route plan, open new accounts, provide excellent service and build strong customer relationship.
Liaise and coordinate with external and internal staff on ordering of products.

Support channel activities in distribution audit and solutions development.

Degree in business, sales, and marketing related field.
Good understanding of FMCG and Retail market and consumer behaviors.
1-2 years in sales and marketing experience in FMCG products and sales.
