Job Description:
- Participate in the formulation of the company's sales strategy, conduct sales forecasts and budgets, set sales targets and complete them.
- Carry out sales work, consolidate and expand the market, and increase product market share.
- Lead the team to complete the storage and submission of work records, forms, customer files and other materials.
- Keep close contact with customers, grasp the basic situation and dynamics of customers, and establish and improve customer files.
- Be familiar with products and improve their own technical service capabilities. Strengthen the study and training of business knowledge and skills.
- Conduct market research and promptly provide the company with market, customer information and infringement information, and keep confidentiality.

Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the sheet metal forming equipment industry or related industrial equipment sectors.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong technical knowledge of sheet metal forming processes and equipment.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
