What You'll Do:

Supervise and develop the export operations team
Drive process improvements and resource allocation
Lead daily operations across sea & air exports
Manage escalations and ensure compliance
Build strong client relationships through regular communication
Mentor and upskill team members
Monitor team performance and ensure service excellence

What We're Looking For:

5-8 years' experience in sea/air export operations
3+ years in a supervisory or team lead role
Freight forwarding experience is a must
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Excellent command of English
Experience with CargoWise is a plus
Ability to work flexible hours and under pressure
