Senior Operations Lead (Export)

What You'll Do:

• Supervise and develop the export operations team
• Drive process improvements and resource allocation
• Lead daily operations across sea & air exports
• Manage escalations and ensure compliance
• Build strong client relationships through regular communication
• Mentor and upskill team members
• Monitor team performance and ensure service excellence

What We're Looking For:

• 5-8 years' experience in sea/air export operations
• 3+ years in a supervisory or team lead role
• Freight forwarding experience is a must
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Excellent command of English
• Experience with CargoWise is a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours and under pressure
