Key Accountability:
• Responsible for all finance, accounting including general accounting, AP, AR, cash flow, taxation, fixed assets, treasury, costing and inventory.
• Preparation of monthly financial reports covering balance sheet, profit and loss, internal management reports and cashflow statements and analysis for the whole of the company
• Managing the general ledger including overseeing the monthly balance sheet, banking and inter-company reconciliations
• Manage and supervise accounting department employees; responsible for day-to-day supervision and leadership
• Maintain and oversee all accounting procedures and processes
• Follow and comply with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) for financial statements
• Oversee budget reports, preparation of budgets, and analysis of budgets
• Document and interpret complicated financial information for managers, executives, and C-Suite executives
• Oversee financial reports for stockholders, taxes, regulatory agencies, and other financial groups relating to company finance
• Forecast and plans according to fiscal needs
• Preparing the budget for the company and forecast report
• Liaising with internal auditors, external auditors, tax agent, legal agent and bankers
• Overseeing liquidity management and dealing with banks
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business with an emphasis in Accounting, or a related field
• Proficiency with accounting software (SAP) and experience with a software system implementation a plus
• Exceptional knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, principles and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Thai)
• Advanced knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting best practices, laws, standards, and state/national regulations
• Ability to manage employees, while multi-tasking large projects
