​Responsibilities:

• Directs the development and execution of comprehensive marketing plans, programs, and budgets to meet company sales and profit objectives and optimize market opportunities.

• Support in the formulation of marketing strategies and tactical execution, including pricing, selection of market segments for special emphasis, promotional and advertising support of sales, and specifying the necessary product characteristics

• Conducts regular review of markets and products to identify opportunities for new businesses  Participates in conventions and professional exhibitions to maintain company image and remain aware of product requirements and new market opportunities

• Prepares long range, annual, quarterly, and monthly forecasts for each product line. Analyzes forecast variances and recommends corrective actions to minimize future back orders or potential obsolescence.

• Reviews forecast for product requirements and develop plans and objectives to continually be competitive with or ahead of market needs

• Develops and maintains product line technical expertise and contacts with key surgeons and customers of product responsibility by observing surgery, attending medical/scientific meetings, presentations, and seminars while gathering competitive information.

• Key driver for new product development process. Responsible for business case and presenting customer requirement into process  Develops and manages assigned budgets for administration and marketing activities of the products that are assigned to this responsibility. Analyzes budget variances and recommends corrective actions

• Conducts market research activities to analyze and identify market needs and issues. Evaluates existing product lines and develops line simplification strategies when appropriate.

• Coordinates and directs advertising and promotional programs and evaluates overall effectiveness

• Trains and educates surgeons, direct & distributor, sales team about the theory of products, their design and operative techniques

Qualification:

• Degree in Business Management, Biomedical Engineering or equivalent

• At least 5 years’ extensive product management experience or sales experience in healthcare.

• Demonstrated ability to successfully interact with surgeons and the medical community.

• Experience in creating and maintaining a budget and forecasting for product line. 

• Experience working with traditional marketing concepts, marketing strategies, product promotion,

• Demonstrated excellence in oral and written communication skills and excel in business presentations.

• Demonstrated ability to use good analytical skills
