Responsibilities:
Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures
Manage outsourced functions
Oversee the operations of the accounting department, including the design of an organizational structure adequate for achieving the department's goals and objectives
Oversee the accounting operations of subsidiary corporations, especially their control systems, transaction-processing operations, and policies and procedures
Oversee the Procurement and the Human Resource Development.
Oversee the Information Technology Department to maximize the company competitive advantage
Assist in formulating the company's future direction and supporting tactical initiatives
Monitor and direct the implementation of strategic business plans
Develop financial and tax strategies
Manage the capital request and budgeting processes
Develop performance measures that support the company's strategic direction
Ensure the company compliance and coordinate with third parties, government authorities, external auditors, and internal auditors
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or master's degree major in Accounting / Finance
7 years experiences in Auditing or Cost accounting
CPD, CPA license is more advantageous
Good interpersonal and communication skills, service orientated with a positive attitude
Prefer skill in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Proficient in Excel
Strong analytical, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of financial reporting
Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural and diverse environment
SAP experience is preferred
Good command in English and Thai
