Assistant Maintenance Manager

Job Description:
Ensure stabilization of machine, equipment and utility to support production running smoothly
Minimize scrap / defect caused from machine and find root cause analysis
Implementation of OEE & TPM across the board and visualization with deliverable result
Ensure Preventive Maintenance are being done as per planned
Cooperate with vendor & supplier for new project start up or plant expansion
Commissioning of new machines, equipment to achieve SOP schedule with competitive yield rate
Minimization of downtime, improvement of MTBF and MTTR
Controlling of the use of Spare part at optimum as well as zero spare part shortage
Ability to create User Requirement Specification for machine maker to build the machine to meet company's requirement
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree or higher in Electrical, Electronic and Mechanic
At least 12 years of experiences in plant maintenance and 5 years in the manager level preferable in Multinational Company
Fluency in speaking, writing and listening in English, TOEIC score more than 450 is preference.
Familiar with TPM implementation and OEE improvement
Ability to analyze technical problem with machines, PLC knowledge is preferable
Ability to work a flexible schedule that would include weekends and overtime as of the critical situation of production conditions or as required by circumstance.
