The Manufacturing and Trading specialize in Wire & Cable. The company is in the expansion and transformation requires an ambitious, agile and resilience person to assist Chief Executive Office to drive and execute the company' expansion and transformation plans.
Accountable for business development, sales & marketing, and customer engagement, in the business strategic planning, implementation, and business development initiatives.
Assist and work close with the CEO in setting and driving organization vision, business plan and operational strategy as well as participant in expansion activities.
Execute strategy into actionable goals for meet company's objective, performance growth, implement organization-wide goal setting and annual commercial operating planning.
Manage commercial P&L to ensure the company achievement targets relative to growth and profitability.
Responsible for developing new business plan, identify potential business channel, and oversee partners for sales, business activity standards, monitoring and coaching sales and marketing team.
Any other ad hoc duties from management from time to time.
A bachelor's degree in business, or a related field.
At least 15 years+ of working experience in sales, marketing, or business development/commercial drive in a similar products or market channel such as distributor management, key account/modern trade, government, or project sales.
Good business acumen- understand well about channel businesses expansion plans, revenue objective and market segmentation.
Good personal relationship in managing partner relationship to drive business growth
Highly collaborative across functions, excellent leadership and management skills, and a high level of integrity and excellent problem-solving skills.
Enthusiastic and ability to handle change and navigate ambiguity.
A good team player with can do attitude.
