Location : Bangbon
• Report directly to Head of HR to run all C&B function including payroll, benefits and pay structure.
• Responsible to drive all C&B functions smoothly.
• Manage HR database, Staff Headcount, Manpower forecast and budget.
• Work closely with Head of HR and support any other tasks as assign.
• Support management and other departments in HR Data and Reports that relate to C&B.
• At least 7 years of working experience with relate background in C&B.
• Bachelor Degree in Human Resource, Public Administration, Psychology or related fields
• Direct experienced in HR fields for large scale is an advantage.
• Good command in English
• Computer Literate, Microsoft Office, Email, Internet.
