Position Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any related fields
- Experience in telephone and/or email-based customer support is a plus
- SAP experience preferred
- Solid skills in computer skills including data entry
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to be highly organized with an attention to detail
- Good in English Command
