Job description:
- Proactively manage customer relation to achieve excellent customer satisfaction in terms of product and process quality.
- Handle claim (technical and logistics).
- Meet customer requirement of "Supplier Quality Assurance Manual (SQM)".
- Coordinate customer audit/visit.
- Interpret Customer Requirements/Voice.
- Interpret company requirement to Customers.
- Accelerate quality improvement related to claim.
- Perform initial confirmation of claim, Issue, promote and tracking.
- Support root cause analysis and development of countermeasure.
- Confirm closure of issues and prevent recurrence.
- Sharing / Enforcing best practice (PRP).
- Enter / Manage data of 0km claim into SAP.
- Obtain customer approval as for prototype / production parts, change control, deviation, etc which is specified by "SQM".
- Communicate with responsible OPU / Suppliers.
- Convert VOC in business processes.
Qualification:
- More than 5 years of working experience in Automotive Quality Assurance area.
- Direct contact to customers.
- Bachelor's in Engineer; Mechanical, Industrial or Other related fields.
- At least 5 years of working experience in Customer Quality Engineer.
- Have work experience in automotive industry and manufacturing company.
- Knowledge of Quality Assurance and ISO/TS-16949 Quality Management system.
- English language skill.
