Responsibilities:
- Be the key person in leading E-commerce sales plan and day-to-day store operation; Cooperate with the internal marketing team, product, logistics, and external operation team
- Creative promotion campaigns to drive sales, analyzing and reporting store performance on a regular basis
- Be responsible for controlling all e-commerce related spending, initiate action plans to improve store overall performance and ROI/ROAS
- Leading in resource exchange with platforms KAM through co-branding bather, new product launch, exclusive sales, etc.
- Planning and managing e-commerce budget and barter value - Cooperate with designer, production, warehouse, IT, finance, and management team to ensure all parties run smoothly
Requirements: - BSc/BA or higher education in E-commerce, Data Science, Business, Marketing, Management, Finance or other related fields
- Candidates with experience directly in Platforms Shopee/Lazada/Konvy) will be a plus
- Proven experience as an E-commerce Executive/ Specialist/Manager or roles in sales operation/ performance marketing
- At least 3 years experiences is required.
- Experience in Facebook/Google/LINE ads
- Proficient in Thai and English, good writing and presentation skills are required
- Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented, result-driven
- Ability to adapt to changes, open-minded with the everchanging FMCG/Beauty industry
