Responsibilities:
• Management/Evaluation, Promotion, Recruitment), HRD (Career Development, Training, Workshop), ISO, Safety, Legal Affairs function.
• HR Quality Management System, Development Plan, Policy and review procedure for best practice and operating performance improvement.
• Accountable for training and development implementation, leadership, effectiveness program, succession planning/talent development, individual development plans.
• Perform headcount planning and manpower requisition, understand the requirement, sourcing & Screening candidates.
• Work with various stakeholders to prepare manpower planning, payroll budgeting, Headcount report, Mid-term plan, and other HR & Admin analyses reports.
• Build employee engagement and internal communication.
• Taking initiatives to engage the staff in their work.
• Taking the surveys to understand their engagement level and accordingly take actions.
• Organize internal activities
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or higher.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience (welcome HR Manager young talent)
• Experience working from Multinational Manufacturing and Matrix Organization
• Organizational development and people development background.
• Strong presentation, planning, organizational, and leadership skills.
• A team player with good interpersonal skills must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Good speaking and writing skills in English.
• Good Self-initiative and creative thinking.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure to deliver results within tight deadlines.
