Responsibility:
Responsible for all Production duties for "Plastic Injection Parts" (Production, Production Control, Assembly, Maintenance, and Engineering)
Project Lead, Improvement for production, quality, process, and maintenance
Manpower Control, Training, Operation Management, Factory Management
Make Strategic Factory and production plan, build up strong production team / dept
Report to / supporting Foreigner Factory Manager
Qualification:
Bachelor or higher in relation fields
Must have knowledge of Plastic Injection and Mold
Minimum 7 years' experience in manufacturing
Strong knowledge of Safety, and ISO System
Good computer literacy and statistic skills
Leadership skill and Building trusted relationships
Good command of English
