Job Responsibilities :
• Provide Level 2 support and keep the business running for Oracle DBMS technology, which include consulting, troubleshooting, build, and handle customer requests.
• Handle escalation on-call from Managed Service Provider (MSP) during weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
• 3-5 years’ experience as an Oracle Database Administrator (12c) on the following aspects
• Real Application Cluster - Data Guard, Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM), Backup & Recovery
• SAP Oracle experience
• Oracle Exadata & ODA
• Weekend on-call is once a month.
