Job Description:
Drive Continuous Improvement program to implement across the board
Able to analyze daily performance, monthly analysis for output, yield, productivity improvement and provide proper solution
Apply Lean approaches to improve plant capacity
Improves manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout.
Able to design new process, new product to achieve to achieve SOP plan
Maximize productivity of machinery and operators to achieve quantity & quality target
Knowledgeable on A3, 8D, Ishikawa diagram and why why analysis
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in IE, Electronic, Electrical or Mechanic
5-10 years experience, MNC and global company are a plus
Familiar with Lean initiative and knows how to eliminate 8 wastes
Knowledgeable on A3, 8D, Ishikawa diagram
Ability to effectively lead and direct employees
Proficiency in English
