Production Engineer (Machining)

Job Description:
- Review approved technical documents (Such as CMM, IPC/IPL, VCMM, AMM/AIPC, SBs,SLs, ADs, Drawing, SRM, SPM, OEM maintenace guidelines, Technical Data Shhet, MSDS, OEM,AMS and MIL material and process specification, etc.)
- Develop maintenance record documents (Routing) in according with approved technical documents and routing development procedure, to include safety cautions and warning
- Provide technical assistance for maintenance, repair, welding and machining operations such as Lathe, Mill, Drill, Grinder (manual and CNC, CAD/CAM) on Machining Products
- Issue maintenance work scope for component repair by reviewing customer repair order/work scope, CMM, ADs, SBs, and related documents.
- Perform ivestigation of waranty claim in coordination with repair design engineers, production control and team leads, and respond to technical warranty Report - root cause analysis corrective actions and preventive actions
- Feedback technical errors to the OEM for any changes in the technical publications
- Contact OEM to obtain repair disposition on damages beyoud repairable limits per CMM/SRM
- Investigate and initiate action to prevent the occurrence of product ninconfirmity
- Establish a technical interface with customer and all in-house departments to resolve repair and overhaul-oriented problems
Qualifications:
- Bachelor - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (aerospace or aeronautical is preferred, or industrial mechanical, mechatronics, or other suitable engineering field
- At least 2 years experince in repair, welding and machining operation such as lathe, mill, drill. grinder (manual and CNC, CAD/CAM) on machining products
- Able to read, interpret and understand drawing, SRM, CMM manual, IPCs and/or specification
- Ability to read, write and understand English and computer literacy is required
- Good process trouble shooting and problem- solving skills
- Proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft Suit (Ms, Excel, Power point)Ability to communicating in English
- Good communication skill
