Level: Assistant Manager
Location: Pathumwan BTS Area
Drive Sales and its' system for training programs & consultation services.
· To implement Sales strategies and its operational systems to generate revenues and other target commitment (KPIs) within available resources. To report accurately within agreed timeline.
· To identify client target, create connection/visit clients, understand their needs, create proposal, negotiate to close deal, and manage service and post service delivery.
· To Work closely with Marketing, Operation-including trainers and others to launch the appropriated products/services and tools including Training program, Sales kits, Digital marketing, Promotion campaign, marketing communication materials, Customization program etc. Provide prospect pool to marketing for program communication.
· To provide market & client contents for market communication, i.e. newsletter to our network.
· To represent Company positively. Coordinating and nurturing relationships with key clients and strategic stakeholders internally & externally.
· To create Competitive benchmark analysis with key competitors, including market analysis, understanding needs and communicating to team.
· To coach junior team member & supervise Sales Administrative.
·Have strong leadership and work independent. Work well under pressure. Strong commitment and follow through. Result Driven.
·Have Sales & Business Development Experience in educational/training field. Strong business network is preferred.
· Strong communicate & influencing skill. Fluent in Thai & English.
· Be able to work well with others. Great team player.
· Be able to organize and prioritize well. Reporting Line: The person will report to Department Head
