Sales Manager, Reial Sales, and Sales Management
- Responsible for the daily work of the store and complete the store's sales and operation goals.
- Lead the store to complete the sales target and assist the delivery department in efficiently completing all vehicle delivery tasks in the area.
- Control store expenses, including staffing, store supplies, sales service expenses, etc.
- Manage customer satisfaction, maintain the relationship with car owners, and lead the store to provide excellent customer service.
- Train and upgrade employee skills and firmly implement company standards.
- Try and promote the efficiency improvement of the daily work process in the local team and share the mature and best working methods.
- Represent the company's product professionally and responsibly when communicating with people inside and outside the company.
- More than 7 years of work experience in the auto sales industry, familiar with the work process of auto sales.
- More than three years of experience in management positions, able to gather team strength and work together to achieve business goals.
- Full of enthusiasm, proactive, oral solid expression and communication skills, and strong market development ability.
