Job Description
・Provide technical/engineering service and customer support to clients
→ including training/teaching clients how to use machines
・Manage on site installation, testing, repair, and maintenance
・Trouble shooting and initial response
・Control spare parts stock and coordinate with HQ (in Germany)
・Diagnose errors or technical problems and provide solutions
・Timely and detailed service reports and document processes
・Co-work with other Service/Technical teams and share information
Qualification
・Bachelor or higher in Engineering or related
・Strong exp in Service Engineer/Technical Support/Sales Engineer for 8 years and up
・Solid knowledge in Extrusion Machine
・English: Upper Intermediate - Business Level
・Able to biz-trip to SEA (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Vietnam)
・Driver's license, and able to use own car for visiting clients
