Responsibility:
Performs Job Posting if required, Profile Screening, Preliminary interview and Interview appointment with line manager for non-managerial level.
Tracking the recruiting metrics and continually evaluates results and costs to assess the effectiveness and identifies process improvement opportunities.
Creating a high-performance recruiting team through talent assessment, timely coaching and feedback, and developmental stretch assignments.
Recruiting candidates according to the qualifications according to the request for manpower.
Prepare monthly recruitment and selection success reports.
Implemented corrections and development of the Onboarding program system.
Manpower outsourcing services management.
Completes adhoc activities/tasks assigned by the managers.
Extra initiatives taken for Process/Operation/Function.
Qualification:
Thai nationality.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, BBA or related field.
5 years of experiences related to Human Resources in recruitment for manufacturing field.
Good command of English.
Proficiency in MS Office : Excel, V-Lookup, Privot, Word and PowerPoint.
Good Communication Skills in English.
Possess positive attitude, service-minded, and team player.
Knowledge or background in Oracle would be a plus.
