Responsibilities
Participate as an active member of the client service team by performing diverse administrative duties
Creating and updating shared files, managing team calendar and team contact lists
Arranging team meetings, workshops, and courier services
Scheduling calls for teams, coordinating meetings with the Partners and Associate Partners on a client project.
Acting as the liaison for the team members while working collaboratively with other team assistants to ensure backup coverage.
Skills:
Bachelor's degree in related field with administrative assistant experience
Solid knowledge of Windows and Lotus Notes Application
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proactiveness and attention to details with ability to work under pressure
Good command of English Skill.
