​Responsibilities :

• Manage the sales activities of accounts located throughout direct reports sales territory.

• Identify new business or service opportunities and achieve insurance Broker agent

• Research current markets to identify trends and opportunities also competitors market.

• Drive solution selling capabilities throughout the organization

• Ensure Claims Solutions value proposition for all products are clear to sellers and customers

• Facilitate activities between clients, operations and executives, as well as other activities as needed to complete strategic selling process and new business development.

• Build strong rapport and strengthen relationship with partners/clients

• Develop sales activities suitable for each situation and area to attract more business

• Initiate effective visit plan with partners/clients.

• Handle partners’/clients’ queries on a day to day basis.

• Implement established sales plans and customer strategies.

• Provide management with insight to possible solutions for customers.

• Attend training and management conferences as directed by management.

• Maintain product knowledge of our products and services.

• Experience in corporate insurance business development, most likely in an insurance broker environment.

• Direct experience in insurance broker online and offline business will be advantage.

• Direct experience to manage in broker as telemarketing will be advantage

Qualifications Required :

• Bachelor's Degree or Master’s Degree in any field

• 3+ years sales team management experience

• Recognized credible thought leader

• Demonstrated ability to manage complex deals

• Good command of English

• Life/non-life insurance license (require)
