Job description:
- Manage in releasing new products, ensure products and processes meet business objectives and operational needs.
- Manage implementation of product and process development including sample production and design.
- Driving the new product trial and new condition of mass production.
- Support manufacturing functions for all launches.
- Create the prototype of new product and sample part.
- Create a new product spec and new raw material spec.
- Support designing a new tooling such as Jig & Fixture, bending tool, stamping tool.
- Responsible for NPI document and tracking completion (include trial report & meeting).
- Manage CAD/CAM data base of products to control 2D & 3D drawing and CNC Program.
- Responsible for machine installation, trial for new plant set up.
- Responsible for factory layout and improve processes.
- Support new technology of factory (tool, machine, production line improvement)
- Responsible for fabrication control for all production of frame and structure.
- Create CNC Program for Tube laser cutting machine, Flat bed laser cutting machine and Tube bending machine.
- Support programs for robotic weld processes.
Qualifications:
- At least 3-5 years of dedicated working experience in the Engineering design field of automotive research and development / pattern design.
- Strong knowledge and experience in Leather, Fabric or Foam Design as per the industry standards and Guidelines.
- Proficient in Part Modeling, Solid & Surface Modeling, 2D,3D Drawing Preparation, Assembly.
- Experience Interior in SEAT design part development will be an advantage.
- Good command of English in both verbal and written.
