· Bachelor in HRM , Business Administration or related field.
· 5 years experienced in business analysis or C&B management structure administration
· Knowledge of C&B management of Business performance analysis or budgeting analysis mastery competency with Excel or any Business software analysis
· Compensation & benefit structures data analysis such as Hourly cost, overtime management, payroll data analysis with effective monitoring report to HR Manager
· Monthly labor cost with budgeting analysis
· Monthly overtime analysis report
· PDPA controlling
· Fluent in English Command
