Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the recruitment of personnel in the new workshop in Thailand
• Drafting, revising and improving Thailand's human resources related management system and work process
• Responsible for the daily work of employees entering and leaving, process changes, labor contract signing, training, employee insurance, etc.
• Regularly update and analyze human resources data, and submit company human resources analysis reports
• Responsible for employee personnel information management and employee file maintenance, accounting for employee compensation and benefits, etc.
• Support initial startup of the factory
Qualifications:
• Human resource management or administrative management related majors are preferred
• Proficient in relevant Thai labor laws and regulations, and familiar with human resource management workflow and operation methods
• Have a college degree or above, and more than 3 years of experience in personnel administration management
• Thai/Chinese/English, fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing
