Key Account Sales - LED Display
Reporting To: General Manager
Responsibilities
- Overseeing relationships with retail and wholesale clients, serving as the primary point of contact.
- Prospecting and acquiring new clients within retail and wholesale sectors.
- Implementing and optimizing best practices to drive sales growth.
- Monitoring and analyzing sales performance, generating reports for management review.
- Proposing innovative strategies to boost sales and elevate client satisfaction.
- Demonstrated track record of managing client accounts in retail and wholesale sectors, with expertise in selling advertising display monitors for leading brands.
- Performing additional operational tasks as assigned.
- Facilitating internal coordination for pre- and post-sales service with relevant departments.
- Coordinating product service with external parties for seamless customer support.
- Managing external coordination for pre- and post-sales service, offering expert advice and solutions to resolve issues efficiently.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- Experience spanning 4 to 6 years in B2B sales, ideally within the technology and LED sector, coupled with 2 years of expertise in management and team cultivation.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, adept at establishing rapport and trust with clients across various levels.
- Comprehensive grasp of digital signage and LED technology, including industry dynamics and client needs.
