Responsibilities:
- Machine Preventive Maintenance > Utilize preventive maintenance and resolve technical issue of operation machines to reduce downtime and/or break down of production processes.
- Machine Performance Improvement > Reviews the operation of plant equipment and systems constantly of your section, to minimize unplanned downtime, anticipate solve problems in a timely manner, and to identify opportunities for improve & develop productivity, capability and efficiency.
- Project Management > Implement projects for the reduction and the continuous improvement of the defect rate, the material extra consumption and the overall operating costs. Ensure that the project will complete in timeline and budget. Feasibility study and propose new technology or production process improvement and development to improve & develop operations capability.
- Engineering Administration > Develop your section and implement policies, standards and procedures, working Instructions, communication and safety control.
- Work closely with maintenance and production team to achieve and improve the quality KPIs.
- Make sure that Safety and 5S principles are followed in the quality team working environment.
- Work on special assignments as may from time to time be directed by maintenance manager & Top Management.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields.
- 5+ experience in maintenance in manufacturing company
- Strong in electrical drawing and system
- Experience in machine installation (CNC, injection, stamping, painting, etc.)
- Leadership and time management
- English communication: Business level
