Manager, Homologation, External Affairs, and MSoR
Location: Bangkok

Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with headquarters to plan, submit requests, and document various test results.
- Submit request documents to obtain a license to import cars from the Industrial Standards Institute (TISI).
- Produce Eco Stickers for cars with the Office of Industrial Economics (OIE).
- Submit bids to the Excise Department.
- Request certification of vehicle models for registration with the Department of Land Transport.
- Represent the company at automotive industry group meetings, listening to and expressing opinions.
- Summarize meeting outcomes for the supervisor.
- Coordinate with relevant government agencies to request permissions such as red signs and TC signs.
- Plan and manage Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) for new cars.
External Affairs and MSoR:
- Monitor and report technical regulations relevant to homologation, including vehicle type approval and self-certification, to HQ.
- Verify and summarize English translations of technical regulations or other related documents before submitting to HQ.
- Research and communicate with government authorities, technical services, or associations to clarify interpretations.
- Participate in national automobile associations or authorities involving technical regulations planning on behalf of the company in Thailand.
- Handle homologation cases, including coordinating with relevant government authorities.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Specification:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Law, Business Administration, or relevant fields.
- Good command of English, able to communicate effectively.
- Computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Good attitude, communication, teamwork, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, be a good team player, and possess good coordination skills.
- Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage.
