Responsibilities:
- Ensure all working station in plating production are meet safety, Quality, Productivity and 5S.
- Work closely with production scheduling to understand the demand and plan working hour with manpower to reach target.
- Manage and maintain OEE, productivity to meet plating daily, weekly and monthly target for plating department.
- Organize workflow by organize and assigning responsibilities person in every station regarding plating process.
- Manage employee OT and leave to maximize production output and activities.
- Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance.
- Train new employee on how to work correct and safely use machine and follow procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Engineering or related field.
- At least 3 years experience in plating process.
- Able to speak English.
