Job Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and manage projects related to ice making, cold storage, meat processing, frozen food, and dairy product facilities.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineers, technicians, suppliers, and contractors to ensure project milestones are met.
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in alignment with company goals and client requirements.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure successful project completion.
Communicate project updates, timelines, and budgetary information to stakeholders, including clients and senior management.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and quality assurance protocols throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct post-project evaluations to assess project performance, identify lessons learned, and recommend process improvements.

Qualifications and skills:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the ice making, cold storage, meat processing, frozen food, or dairy product industry.
Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources efficiently, and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Knowledge of industry-specific technologies, equipment, and processes related to ice making, cold storage, meat processing, frozen food, and dairy products.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality standards relevant to the industry.
