Responsibilities:

  • The role focused on growing the lubricant portfolio, responsible to achieve the given lubricant sales targets in AP region.
  • This is a position that will require entrepreneurial spirit to support the new and service business as this portfolio grows.
  • You assure successful growth of this business field consisting of products, services, digital services by assuring all required competences to sell are one adequate level within the required sales and technical community internally and externally.
  • You are responsible to drive sales through various sales channels and implement/adapt new business models for each country individually as needed.



Qualifications:

  • Degree in Finance/Business related, Engineering or any with more than 5 years in a commercial field with project experience, Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
  • Experience in the field of lubrication (lubricants like grease, oil) and Vibration based Con-dition Monitoring is mandatory.
  • Understanding of industrial assets (e.g. motors, fans, pumps, compressors, …), production processes and/or maintenance preferred in Cement, Mining, Steel, Pulp&Paper, Chemical, Food&Packaging desired.
  • Independent and self-motivated.
