Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality and competitive quotations promptly in response to inquiries from the International Sales Team to maximize profit.
- Support the Reservation Team by following up with hotels on booking confirmations, special rates, and room availability.
- Make calls to verify room availability, rates, and blackout dates while coordinating with team members to ensure smooth travel experiences for clients.
- Address and resolve any issues clients may face during their trips in a timely manner.
- Handle multitasking and assist other departments with urgent projects as needed.
Requirements:
- Thai nationality required.
- Prior experience in a Travel Agency, tourism-related field, or Hotels is essential.
- Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for travel and dedication to exceptional client service.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse international team and clients.
Salary : Basic Salary + Commission
