Responsibilities/Duties:
• Develop Sales Plan and retain customers to achieve or over the target in his own area and develop MCO, PCMO sales in Bangkok and Central area.
• Provide good level of services to customer by visiting monthly basis and confidently report to Manager
• Regularly and effectively open new account of wholesaler, spare part shop, garage, tyre shop
• Grow Sales by following sales condition
• Seek prospect for distributor
• Develop distributor
• Timely collection of payment on due date
• Obtain marketing information of competitors and feedback to marketing team
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business or any related field
• At least 2 years sales experience in Indirect channel of Automotive Lubricant; Wholesaler, Distributor, Spare Part shop, Garage, Tyre shop, Car Care respectively.
• Strong Sales & Negotiation Skills
• Positive thinking and polite to customer
• Valid driving license is required
• Able to work up-country 4-5 day per month (central area)
