Job Description:

  • Establish and achieve team goals and performance metrics (KGI/KPI).
  • Enhance sales administration processes through continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Oversee and manage departmental projects to ensure timely completion.
  • Develop and present sales forecasts and performance reports.
  • Increase customer engagement through targeted research and innovative strategies.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, leading to successful deal closures.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends and competitive activities.
  • Formulate and execute strategies to expand business in the ASEAN market in collaboration with the APAC leadership.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in any field.
  • Proficient in English at a business level; excellent command of the language.
  • Proven experience as a field sales representative, particularly in B2B software sales (e.g., CAD/CAM, PLM).
  • Experience in new business development, team building, and managing staff members.
  • Proficient with CRM software and MS Excel.
  • Deep understanding of sales administration processes.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and organizational abilities.
  • Excellent numerical and problem-solving skills.
