Job Description:
- Establish and achieve team goals and performance metrics (KGI/KPI).
- Enhance sales administration processes through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Oversee and manage departmental projects to ensure timely completion.
- Develop and present sales forecasts and performance reports.
- Increase customer engagement through targeted research and innovative strategies.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, leading to successful deal closures.
- Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends and competitive activities.
- Formulate and execute strategies to expand business in the ASEAN market in collaboration with the APAC leadership.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in any field.
- Proficient in English at a business level; excellent command of the language.
- Proven experience as a field sales representative, particularly in B2B software sales (e.g., CAD/CAM, PLM).
- Experience in new business development, team building, and managing staff members.
- Proficient with CRM software and MS Excel.
- Deep understanding of sales administration processes.
- Exceptional interpersonal and team management skills.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and organizational abilities.
- Excellent numerical and problem-solving skills.
