Job Description: As a pivotal member of our team, you will play a leading role in both the sales and implementation phases within our proposed products or solutions. Your expertise and guidance will be indispensable in not only demonstrating the benefits and value of our solutions to potential clients but also in ensuring seamless implementation. Working closely with our sales team and vendors, you will drive technical insights and solutions to address client needs and challenges. Rest assured, you will receive comprehensive product training from our partners, including Checkmarx, Appdome, and Transmit Security.

As a Solution Lead Engineer, you will be instrumental in ensuring the successful implementation of our solutions delivered to customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the technical aspects of the sales process, including engaging with clients to understand their needs, assessing technical requirements, and proposing appropriate solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop comprehensive proposals, presentations, and demonstrations tailored to clients' specific requirements.
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients, providing expertise and guidance throughout the sales cycle.
  • Work closely with vendors and partners to stay updated on the latest technologies, products, and solutions, ensuring alignment with clients' needs and industry trends.
  • Lead solution design and architecture discussions, providing input and recommendations to ensure optimal solution outcomes for clients.
  • Conduct product evaluations and proofs of concept (POCs) as needed to demonstrate solution capabilities and address client concerns.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including pre-sales engineers, project managers, and technical support, to ensure seamless delivery and implementation of solutions.
  • Provide technical training and enablement to sales and support teams, empowering them to effectively communicate and support the solutions offered.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to continuously enhance knowledge and expertise.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, building strong relationships based on technical competence, integrity, and commitment to their success.
  • Execute tasks as assigned by the management team, ensuring prompt and efficient completion.



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in DevSecOps, including hands-on implementation and deployment in real-world scenarios.
  • Strong understanding of DevSecOps principles, practices, and tools, such as CI/CD pipelines, automation frameworks, and infrastructure as code (IaC).
  • Strong understanding of mobile app development processes for both iOS and Android platforms, including proficiency in Swift, Kotlin, or Java.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard mobile security frameworks and guidelines such as OWASP Mobile Top 10 and Mobile App Security Verification Standard (MASVS).
  • Demonstrated expertise in implementing secure coding practices specific to mobile app development, including data encryption, secure authentication methods, input validation, and secure storage of sensitive information.
  • In-depth knowledge of common mobile security threats and vulnerabilities, such as insecure data storage, insecure communication, broken authentication, and insufficient cryptography.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of effectively conveying technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles like pre-sales engineering, technical consulting, or solutions architecture is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with various DevOps tools and platforms such as Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify client needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
