​​Job Description

â€Ē Work in an Agile SAFe Scrum manner to resolve day to day Manufacturing and Reliability application technical issues, interface with internal clients and external vendors

â€Ē Participate in large global projects related to these applications as well as small work items

â€Ē Implement requested changes as specified by the application's clients

â€Ē Deal with more than 300 Reliability and Engineering client suite applications, major one includes (Meridium, SmartPlant, Autodesk and SAP Plant maintenance)

Job Responsibilities

â€Ē Manage the application work request via TFS board

â€Ē Application troubleshooting and technical analysis to identify root causes and develop problem resolutions

â€Ē Provide pro-active and timely communications regarding system outages, issues, work a rounds and solution details

â€Ē Able to provide effort estimation for assigned tasks

â€Ē Assess risk and identify control items for potential changes to the application and its environment.

â€Ē Develop and update system and support documentation

â€Ē Participate in UIA-Unit Internal Assessment and client Audits

â€Ē Ensure security and controls standards are being met and followed

â€Ē Coordination with other IT support teams to maintain application reliability

â€Ē Able to work in a team collaborating with the local/global team peers and keep them updated about the work status.

Qualifications

â€Ē Microsoft Programing Languages (VB.NET, C#, ASP.NET, Classic ASP)

â€Ē MS SQL, Oracle, SSRS and Database tools like TOAD, SSMS

â€Ē Windows Server environment, Citrix, v-App and client server environment

â€Ē Visual Basic for Applications (VBA), VB6, PLSQL

â€Ē TDD / AngularJS / HTML5 / PowerShell, JavaScript, Progressive Web App development, Web Services, APIs and Cloud computing

â€Ē Knowledge in Agile Safe/ Scrum, and TFS, Remedy, BMC will be an advantage

â€Ē Ability to work remotely from customers and some team members

â€Ē Strong communications skills dealing both with systems and business professionals

â€Ē Demonstrate the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly
