Accounting & Finance Supervisor

Join Our Team as an Accounting and Finance Supervisor!

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounting and Finance Supervisor to join our dynamic team. If you have a solid background in accounting, inventory control, and financial operations within a manufacturing or trading company, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Inventory Accounting
• Manage stock and inventory control, ensuring accurate records and reconciliation
• Handle bookkeeping and general ledger functions with precision and timeliness
• Lead financial activities including budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies
• Coordinate with external auditors and accounting firms for monthly and annual closings
• Supervise and mentor the AR and AP teams to ensure efficiency and accuracy
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial operations
• Maintain audit-ready financial documentation and support internal/external audits

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 8 years of accounting experience, with strong AR/AP and inventory control knowledge
• At least 3 years in a supervisory role
• Experience in manufacturing or trading companies is highly preferred
• Proficient in bookkeeping, inventory systems, and financial software
• Fluent in Thai and English (both written and spoken)
• Strong command of MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
