Accounting Manager - Manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end accounting and financial operations

• Lead month-end and year-end closings and prepare management reports

• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and compliance with relevant standards

• Coordinate with Group Business Services (GBS) in China for billing, accounts payable, and receivable

• Engage with plant-level stakeholders to support financial planning and operations

• Maintain internal controls and support both internal and external audits

• Drive process improvements within the accounting and finance function

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in accounting or finance roles

• Proven audit experience, preferably from a public accounting firm

• Strong knowledge of local tax regulations and international financial reporting standards

• Proficient in accounting systems and Microsoft Office tools

• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities

• CPA certification is mandatory

• Frequent travel to manufacturing sites in various provinces is required.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
