Accounting Specialist (Chinese Speaking)

Position : Accounting Specialist (Chinese Speaking)

Salary : 50000 - 60000

Location : Pluak Daeng, Rayong

Responsibilities :

• Prepare a monthly inventory counting plan by creating a notification schedule for inventory counting and organizing training for inventory counting.
• Detailing and categorizing the expense, report to manager.
• Reconciling already documented reports, statements and various transactions and also creating, reviewing and presenting budgets.
• Preparing monthly financial and operational performance indicators report.
• Managing and coordinating with all departments to update the three-month working capital budget and the annual budget.
• Supporting in terms of Chinese translating when needed, report to manager.

Qualifications :

• Hands-on experience with accounting role at least 2 years.
• Proficiency in Chinese (Reading, Writing and Speaking).
• Detail-oriented, critical thinking and Attentive.
• Be able to work at Pluak Daeng, Rayong (working Monday - Friday).
• Skills in SAP would be a plus.
