After-Sales Service Engineer (Chinese Speaking) - Russia

Responsibilities:

• Oversee project progress on-site
• Handle customer complaints and equipment issues
• Facilitate cross-departmental communication
• Provide Russian language interpretation during installation and commissioning
• Maintain strong customer relationships
• Install, commission, troubleshoot, and repair equipment at customer sites
• Ensure proper equipment operation
• Train customer personnel on equipment usage and basic maintenance
• Coordinate internal resources for project delivery
• Lead and manage on-site delivery tasks abroad
• Respond promptly to technical inquiries, fault reports, and service requests
• Strengthen customer relationships and ensure satisfaction
• Assist account managers in hosting customer visits
• Participate in overseas business trips as needed
• Help maintain customer relationships
• Support market expansion and exhibition planning
• Complete ad hoc tasks assigned by leadership

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Automation, or other engineering disciplines
• Mechanical-related skills or work experience required
• Native Russian speaker, proficient in Chinese for daily communication
• Strong learning ability, communication skills, and stress tolerance
• Proactive and responsible work attitude
• Willingness to travel abroad for work
