Provide solution-focused advice on a wide range of regulatory and compliance issues in Asia-Pacific, including anti-corruption, anti-trust, engine emissions compliance, product-based regulations compliance, and any other compliance areas arising from applicable legislation
Support the Asia-Pacific implementation of the Global Compliance function's strategic plan.
In coordination with the Global Compliance organization, advise on corporate compliance matters such as interpretation of CNH Industrial's Code of Conduct and Company Compliance policies and procedures.
Support and manage elements of the company's Ethics and Compliance program in Asia-Pacific, such as the helpline reporting system, conducting and/or providing oversight of internal investigations, and policy development and implementation
Manage the Asia-Pacific Compliance and Ethics training programs in collaboration with the Global Compliance organization, as well as collaborate with the Global Compliance organization to develop meaningful and engaging training content that promotes an ethical workplace.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of developments in Asia-Pacific legal and compliance risk areas and provide relevant updates to senior management.
Lead Asia-Pacific Compliance and Ethics Committee meetings in collaboration with the Global Compliance organization.
