Application Support

Location: Baan Klang Muang Ratchapruek (Home Office)

Working days: Mon-Fri 9.00 - 18.00

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the implementation and Support of Accounting and supply Chain Software to meet business needs
• Identifying and resolving the technical issues raised by customers and internal teams
• Performing support help to team to clarify the application issue
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
• Handle task as assignment

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Able to work well both independently and in team
• Good communication skill (Fluently in English will be an advantage)
• Have a service-minded and logical thinking
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Knowledge of Financial/ Accounting will be an advantage
