Responsibility:
âĒ Lead business development and ensure employees are motivated and work productively.
âĒ Manage the physical logistics team to achieve the logistics KPIs
âĒ Strong leadership/Self-motivation, good leadership
âĒ Teamwork / Cooperative /Strong analytical ability
âĒ Good presentation skills with problem-solving and leadership skills.
âĒ Managing income /expenses and analyze.
âĒ Variance to ensure that a business earns a net operating profit.
âĒ Planning/Control the budgets, investment and expenses according to plans.
âĒ Able to formulate action plans to achieve goals in the workplace.
âĒ Progress the action plan in the workplace and take corrective action as necessary
âĒ Familiar with the Warehouse & Logistic Management systems.
âĒ Experience in quality systems related to warehouse function.
âĒ Imitative and project improvement.
âĒ Able analytical thinking and can see the overview and relationships of the various parts of the organization.
âĒ Able to identify and solve problems for the benefit of the organization and everyone involved.

Qualifications:
âĒ Bachelorâs Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field., Engineering file is a plus.
âĒ Management level minimum 8 years + related field 10 years (Total 18 years)
âĒ Field production controls in logistics and warehouse management (Automotive field is a plus)
âĒ MS Office, WMS, Inventory control
