- HR Analytics: You will support the HR Manager in collecting and analyzing HR metrics and data to identify trends, develop insights, and make informed recommendations for improving HR strategies and processes.
- Change Management: You will help communicate and facilitate organizational changes, ensuring smooth transitions and managing any associated people-related challenges.
