Responsibilities
- Oversee the design and installation of new machinery for die-casting operations.
- Implement machinery modifications and upgrades to enhance performance and efficiency.
- Develop and manage maintenance plans for machinery and systems to ensure smooth operations.
- Analyze machinery issues and develop preventive measures to reduce recurrence.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors for machinery installation and repairs.
- Provide technical expertise and problem-solving solutions for maintenance-related challenges.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in Die-Casting Machine Maintenance.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex machinery issues.
- Familiarity with IATF16949, ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, and RBA standards.
