Brand Manager
Leading company in Mom and Kids Business (Big Trading Company)


Responsibilities:

  • Develop brand strategies in all dimensions to create marketing activities, public relations plans to build brand awareness, and increase sales as per set goals.
  • Plan product launch activities and conduct marketing activities in the short, medium, and long term.
  • Plan advertising media, both offline and online, to create brand/product/service awareness.
  • Manage sales channels, design support media, and design promotional activities for each channel.
  • Responsible for creating and reviewing advertising materials and verifying the accuracy of artwork, text, and advertising images for use in various media and channels.
  • Develop marketing campaigns to support product profitability analysis to enable products to be competitive.
  • Coordinate internally and externally to increase sales channels, co-promotions, and expand new sales channels for the company.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, consumer insights, competitor movements, and adjust marketing strategies to stay competitive, presenting ideas to management.
  • Collect and compile data analysis and prepare monthly marketing plans for management presentation.
  • Monitor and evaluate the implementation of planned activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.


Job Specifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Management, or related fields.
  • Proficient in marketing planning and presentation skills.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills with management and all units within and outside the organization.
  • Good interpersonal and responsible personality with high work ethic.
  • Ability to develop teams towards professionalism.
  • Honest, dedicated, and committed to maximizing benefits for the organization.
  • Flexible in work and able to work under pressure.
  • Passion for learning and updating new business trends, and able to analyze competitors well.
