Job Description:
- Plan management for building services: cleaning, security, gardening, engineering, and all contractual agreements.
- Prepare an emergency response plan to handle unforeseen situations.
- Plan equipment and machinery management.
- Develop projects to improve buildings.
- Prepare budgets for building management, including equipment and machinery operations and building renovations.
- Coordinate with external parties and contacts (contractors and stakeholders).
- Supervise and control building service operations to meet predefined standards.
- Evaluate emergency response plans and compile summary reports.
- Prepare reports on building operating costs.
- Present building renovation projects for budget planning.
- Present past operational results and summarize pending tasks.
- Present strategies to address issues and improve building quality.
Qualification Requirements:
- Advance in English.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in condominium management.
- Good knowledge of condominium laws and condominium management.
- Proficient in MS Office programs.
- Willingness to relocate and work in various departments of the company.
- Good personal image, leadership qualities, decision-making skills, and a passion for service-oriented work.
